Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information provided to us and may change if project scope or materials change.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are not obligated to accept any quote or estimate.

Payment Terms

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations may be subject to fees if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our workmanship as outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others after project completion.

Liability Limitations

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the work area and for securing any pets or valuables before work begins.

Property Access and Site Conditions

By hiring us, you grant us permission to access your property as needed to complete the work. You must inform us of any hazards or special conditions on your property before work begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during construction, but some disruption is normal. You are responsible for moving furniture, plants, or other items from the work area.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project where required. Permit costs are typically separate from the quoted project cost unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by GreenLeaf Irondequoit Deck Builder or used with permission. You may not use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution
